Thanks for the update Curly.
Last May we stayed 1 night each way at the Kingman KOA. Funky with some permanent units around the perimeter, complete with wire fences and yapping dogs. Two things were memorable.
1) Karaoke night - We did not participate and could not avoid the racket
2) "Buddy Sites" where pairs of spaces are setup to have curb-side of the units facing each other. Our "neighbor" decided to change out of his swim trunks while standing in front of his screen door.
Both happened on our first visit, but neither were enough to scare us off our second. That said, I'd only used this as an overnight park.
