Kingman Az area RV park/campground

Update: We opted for Blake ranch after the positive comments here. It was a nice park, we enjoyed our stay. Thursday night the freeway noise/truck stop noise was noticeable, but in a 'white noise' kind of way. We had no trouble sleeping. :) We will stay there again.

Last May we stayed 1 night each way at the Kingman KOA. Funky with some permanent units around the perimeter, complete with wire fences and yapping dogs. Two things were memorable.

1) Karaoke night - We did not participate and could not avoid the racket

2) "Buddy Sites" where pairs of spaces are setup to have curb-side of the units facing each other. Our "neighbor" decided to change out of his swim trunks while standing in front of his screen door.

Both happened on our first visit, but neither were enough to scare us off our second. That said, I'd only used this as an overnight park.

We stayed at Sunrise RV park. Would stay there again.
