We were there this past Saturday night. Wonderful campground, very well taken care of. Most sites are larger than what we've experienced at other KOAs. We didn't check out the showers or try the wifi, so can't address those. We were puttering around the Shenandoah Valley/Skyline Drive area w/o reservations and found ourselves near this one late on Saturday afternoon. They had three sites left at the time. Two were premiums and one was a regular site. We chose the regular since we were only staying overnight, and it was more than fine. The premium sites are very nice.
Luray has a nice greenway with lots of parking spots. Access is just a few miles from the campground. And apparently there are lots of restaurants in town.
