In spite of what appears on their website, cable TV is not available. We were told Cox Cable is upgrading, but it's been delayed. In the meantime, cable is out, and no adjustment in rates is offered...

Oh Well- I don't really care to watch the junk on TV too much anyway. Better to get out and walk around and visit.
