Lack of RV Parks... Jimmy Buffet to the rescue!

Mostly what Jimmy Buffet does is license the word "Margaritaville". He's got some brick and mortar holdings, but Margaritaville packs a marketing wallop. Florida is being papered over with Margaritaville this n' that. Hell, the name has even been licensed to a cruise line that sails some raggedy old cruise ship on 2 day trips between West Palm Beach and the Bahamas.
