We camp hosted there last summer. We were at Lone Eagle they only have as I recall 7-8 FHU sites and these fill up fast. Make your reservations early. Thunder Bay is another state area with FHU not sure how many. Jump on the state park site and you can see the number.
Lake Ogallala SRA is only electric with water spigots throughout the park.
On the south side of the lake there is Van's Lakeview Lodge and campground which has FHU.
