Lakeside camping in NY
Can anyone recommend a nice campground with lakefront sites in Upstate NY to enjoy some freshwater fishing? Looking forward to a relaxing weekend with the family, just "to get away from it all".

We've been camping in Lake George for 30+ years. The only campground on Lake George that allows RVs is Hearthstone Point.
Many years ago there was a private CG just north of Lake George Village called Mohawk CG. They have since sold and it is now all private homes.
