Lakeside camping in NY
Can anyone recommend a nice campground with lakefront sites in Upstate NY to enjoy some freshwater fishing? Looking forward to a relaxing weekend with the family, just "to get away from it all".

Check out Fish Creek Pond (almost all sites are waterfront) - tends to be a warmer water lake, and Cranberry Lake (some waterfront sites). Both are NY State DEC parks (Adirondack Park) dry camping CG's. Several others also in the Adirondack region. ST
