Did the bridge last April on a trip from Andrews AFB to Dover AFB.
It's high - but if it is windy, there will be warnings. If it is dangerous, they will stop high profile vehicles from getting on the bridge.
The bridge is safe and not a steep grade, and as mentioned the toll is one way - eastbound. We obtained an EZ-Pass for our northeast trip in 2016, and my toll - TV & two axle trailer - was $18 with EZ-Pass.
