Looking for Shreveport LA campground
Can anyone suggest campgrounds close to Shreveport? Need 2 nights the end of Jan. Looked at Lake Bistineau SP, not exactly close and it looks like no camping till Feb. Also checked Caddo Lake SP in TX...

I agree about the Shreveport KOA. It is some distance away from I-20 with woods between the site and the highway. You can hear the highway off in the distance when you are outside, but I do not remember it being a problem.
