We stop Grandma's RV Park in Shepherdsville just south of Louisville. It is easy on/off the interstate, near shopping and fuel (one exit north), and adequate for our needs. The sites are close together and they do have some long term Rvers but their sites are well kept. The rules are enforced in this campground so some people do not like that. An example, if you have a pet, you cannot allow it to pee on the landscaping. There is a nice place to walk pets. We stop there multiple times a year and have never had an issue but others report that they have had a run in with Grandpa. It is not a destination type campground if that is what you are looking for but ok for a night or two.
