Bass Harbor is nice. I have a friend that is on staff there. Big question is how big is your RV? Nice campground but they are pressed to accommodate larger units. I don't remember if Seawall was a first come first served place or not. One of them is, not sure if it was Seawall. Best suggestion is to give either of them a call. There are the KOAs but ehh kinda tight for our liking.
