Mall of America with small dog

Not sure about the dog, but we stayed at the St. Paul East RV Park last summer when visiting the twin cities. About as close as you can get to the metro area and the place was really nice.

Get her certified as a service dog, MoA allows service animals ;)

In all seriousness depending on time of year, it might very well be a comfortable and safe temperature in the coach with roof vent fans going in there that she could chill and take a nap while you shop. As a local, the novelty of MoA wears off quickly, now the Ikea next door, that is an all day trip ;)

Leave the dogs in the coach all the time. Put the genset on and the acs. Have the exhaust fan temp set too and one window open.

DO NOT STAY AT ST. PAUL EAST RV PARK!! The guy has some real issues not only with campers but in the area.

Stay at Mystic Lake - one of the nicest RV parks you will find and very close to MOA.

Don't know anything about St Paul east, but Mystic Lake wouldn't make my nice list, its safe and seems to attract nice and quiet people, sure, but its not so pretty to look at, its basically a paved field, sure doesn't show off any of the scenic beauty of my otherwise quite beautiful home state ;)

If you dont mind a 45min-1hr drive to MoA, there's quite a few beautiful scenic campgrounds in range.

Did not know the OP wanted a quiet, beautiful state parkish type place..... thought he wanted something for MOA. Mystic Lake is close to MOA, a very nice RV park (not a paved lot), large ponds, trees, and far more amenities than you will use - including a huge RV wash that one can do a 40 foot moho in, huge swimming facility and even a full size hockey rink.

I lived about 20 miles from Mystic Lake for 25 years (Chanhassen) and watched the process grow from a white shack selling cigarettes to the largest casino between Atlantic City and Las Vegas. Hey, you can go over from the rv park to a wonderful buffet at the casino.

stay at town and country rv park . we stay there two years ago it about 20min drive to the mall. nice and quite. also if you got kids go to valley fair it is very nice there

Man, I sure hope you're joking (I'm pretty sure you are). We have friends who train service dogs for those who legitimately need them. There is an incredible amount of work, love and dedication that goes into this training. It's disgusting, and a slap in the face to those who need them, when people claim their dog is a service dog just so they can bring them (usually some yappy piece of crap) wherever they go.
