Mall of the Americas

Hi,
need to take the wife here fior a little shopping trip,
and found a campground nearby, Lebanon hills campground.
I've got an issue, in that the gps is saying its down
Carriage hills Dr. and the internet says its on
Johnny Cake Ridge Road.
Can anyone confirm this? further, is this a nice campground
to stay near the mall?
Thanks

I don't know and I could be wrong, but perhaps a quick call to the campground could answer your question about their location.
  • Great place close to i 35

    should answer your question
  • It was on Johnny Cake some 10 years ago. It was a nice one back then, didn't stay there (daughter was living near there), but used the dump station.

    Neat Places Near By:
Historic Fort Snelling - St. Paul
    Como Park - St. Paul the zoo & a 1914 Cafesjian's Carousel
The locks at St Anthony Falls - Minneapolis Locks
Harriet Island Regional Park - St Paul

Stop at a Cabela's in Roger or Owatonna, Minnesota. Just to see the Animal displays & Aquariums. There's a small one at East Grand Forks as well. Not as impressive as the others.

When we would visit. MN had no sale tax on clothing & shoes.
  • Set your GPS for the Minnesota Zoo - it is right across the street.
  • Carriage Hill was the horse park, but it's homes now. The advice above is spot-on.
  • Google Earth it, and you can see exactly where it is located. very helpful in locating hard to find campgrounds/places.
  • thanks all,
google earth worked fine, and we've arrived.
place looks nice and its close to the mall.
the one complaint is that I had to payfor a full site
when I only needed electricity. hate to pay for what I don't
need, but its only $5 a day so not bad.
