Anyone know why the camp ground is closed after September 14th?

We were just there...I thought it was open until November 30. Houchin Ferry is closed for the season. Where did you hear it was closing in September?....Dennis
On edit...I just checked their website...for 2013 the season is May 26 to September 1. Probably cost cutting measures....Dennis
