While I think Tom Sawyer is likely "worth it", I personally wouldn't consider it if you are simply doing n overnight and looking for east side of town. Agricenter is likely what you need.
Now, if you can rearrange your trip and stay more than just overnight.., yeah, go to Tom Sawyer. (It's on my list eventually).
