That and the outrageous tag-on fees that nickel and dime the campers to death. It's time to write to the DNRs and let them know of our complete dissatisfaction with Reserve America. One state in particular that I know of is seriously considering cancelling their contract early thanks to the letter writing input from those who use their parks. (I won't reveal the state for now as I don't want their DNR to be flooded with campaigning from the obvious salesmen of RA here on the site)
