Why? You sure don't need Mi till 2nd week of April. IMHO

We're in Alpine, TX and it was 22 degrees F here this morning with a dusting of snow. Few would be going north from here I would guess.

The northern exodus seems a little delayed here in Palm Springs this year. Usually we see a few rigs per day leave right around now. Not this year. After being on the road for month we came back a couple days ago and noticed during our long walk around the resort (there are 1200 plus sites here in Outdoor Resorts Palm Springs) that there are VERY FEW empty sites. Lots of nice hardware this year. There must be some money out there. And if you are not an owner its not cheap to rent here, 1500 bucks per month and up and they are all full. New generation of snowbirds???. Who knows. But they are definitely delaying their migration north a bit.

I am glad that there is a place called "Home" since a lot of people say, "At least it is better than home".

The option for us would be to go home where it was 22F last night with 6" of snow. Let me ponder that decision.
