First the entrance to TollBridge Park is just off the 35...we have a 40' 5th wheel and no problems.
To Mt. Hood is only about 32 miles south on the 35 from TollBridge so a day trip should not be a problem.
We came in from Silver Lake WA. to Hood River on I-84 then the 35 north to TollBridge. That is also the way we went out and took I-84 East so can't help you with the 26 south off the 35 near Mt. Hood.
