finally some one who likes the night sky like I do. my start in astronomy was in grade school. we made our first telescope and even ground our glass. it was a three inch tube. we saw Jupiter up close, oh the thrill of it all. today I have about five telescopes of different sizes and one pair of binos. love the excitement of seeing new things. hate the mosquitoes. have been to many star parties but am getting away from them. too many people for my liking's. My daughter for Christmas one year had a star named after me in my favorite section of the sky, the tea pot in the southern sky.
