Yes and no. If you have stabilized binos, you might be able to make out the solar arrays. But with unstabilized hand-helds it will just be a bright jiggling point of light. It's best just to sit back and think about the handful of Earthlings that are on-board that man-made satellite.
p.s.: Four minutes is a pretty short pass. There will be better.
