- spacedoutbobExplorerI think it is age 62 or over to get the Senior Pass.
Bob in Calif. - BB_TXNomadIf you happen to be 65 or over get a $10 senior pass. Then you get free entrance for you plus 3 guest.
- WyoTravelerExplorerThat disablity pass requires doctors cerification that you are disabled. Having a handicap parking permit or collecting social security disability or not having any arms or legs won't get the pass. Must show a doctors certification that you are disabled and date you were certified disabled. Guess too many people were scaming them and getting the pass.
- NCWriterExplorerDepends on the parks you plan to visit. Some are $25 per car, some lesser visited parks $10 or $15,some don't charge admission at all. Check your individual park web site and do the math. Do you qualify for any reduced rates?
National Park Pass Info - RV_CONUSExplorerIt depends on the National Parks you plan to visit.
The Annual Pass is $80
Check the websites for the parks you plan to visit and compare the fees listed to the cost of the Annual Pass.
The Annual Pass will provide access for one year from purchase. If you are getting the pass now, it will be good through almost next summer. With some planning you could use it for 6-10+ National Park Sites. Some parks do not have a user fees. Fees are listed on their websites.
There is a free Annual Pass provided to active military personnel if that applies.
Good Luck and Have Fun. Also, with children, most parks have a junior ranger program. - mikebreezeExplorerDepends on the park. For example, Shenandoah National Park charges $20 to get in, which is good for a week. If you visit SNP more than 4 times in a year, you have saved over the $80 price of the yearly pass. I have had a yearly pass now for about 10 years and make sure that I get my money's worth every year.
