Nat'l Park senior discount, too cheap?
I am a senior, soon to be 68 years old. My opinion is that FREE is too cheap. On the other hand $25 entrance fee is too much. I'd like to see all Nat'l Pk. entrance fee set at $15 and senior discount ...

I cannot remember which one it is but we got it at Devil's Tower, another of the National Parks. And the information packet said it is useable at ALL National Parks.
You got some wrong information. Mt. Rushmore is a national park. Entrance is free, so you don't need the card at all to visit.
However PARKING is $10.00 and run by a private company. They are the ones that do not honor the card.
Oh, that's why! We couldn't figure that one out and she didn't explain it to us. We just paid and went on in. It was worth every cent! Our daughter was in awe!
