Don't know if you are interested in this area, but we stayed at an RV park in October that has all the amenities you listed! It is North Beach Camp Resort in St Augustine. We loved it--large private sites with lots of vegetation between each site; FHU; right across the highway from the beach; 2 restaurants within walking distance.

I highly recommend it--we would definitely stay there again! Plus, we had never been to St Augustine before and really enjoyed our visit. If you have not been, I'd like to suggest a visit to the Fountain of Youth Park, the Lighthouse, and there is a trolley downtown that I used to see the city...very inexpensive and about 20 hop on/hop off stops around town.
