New Orleans rv parks
Plan to visit New Orleans later this year. Would like to spend time visiting some of the mansions along river road area. Can any one suggest an RV park that would be conventient for this? Thanks to all who share their knowledge.

- We’re in Bayou Segnette state park right now. Beautiful park and 20min from downtown. There’s also Ponchatrain Landing RV that was a 2nd option and a little closer to downtown. Can’t beat the state park price though at $29/nt
- Having stayed in one of the RV parks in new Orleans a couple of weeks ago, I would advise you to find a park near new Orleans.
I will not be staying in new Orleans again, however they do have good public transportation.
