Atlantic Oaks for sure. The cape is quite flat, with few hilly areas. You won't find any dog beaches.
One caution --- May can be iffy, weather-wise. Because the cape sticks out in the ocean, the seasons tend to be behind schedule. Cooler in spring and warmer in the fall.
