You might try looking at Kodachrome Basin State Park.

It is not far (about 20 miles)and is a great setting They are open March 1 to December 1 I think. Not sure how big the sites are but some are pretty good sized and they do have some full hookups might be worth a call. They are down below the park should be a bit warmer down there too (about 2000 ft less elevation) as it will still be quite cool in Bryce at the end if March.
