Nickerson beach campground - Lido beach (LI, NY)

Anybody ever take their TT here? I am working in the area next month for four days straight and would rather not drive back and forth to Jersey. I was thinking about possibly bringing my TT. It is ...

Sandy did not wipe it out. We stayed there twice last year with no problems. There were at least half a dozen campers there last week when I drove past.
