My uncle and aunt have a home in North Carolina. They used to leave the heat on at 50 degrees. Then decided to have it set up to drain all water and shut the heat off. RV anti-freeze in the traps, etc. Only thing he forgot one fall was the ice maker tube. But hasn't had any other problems.
