The replies missed the 40 x 64 shed he's keeping at 50. If you are heating that much shed plus the house $4000 sounds reasonable. I have one house that I do not heat during winter for several years. Lots of drywall tape popping loose. If I had to pay to have it fixed, I would be concerned.
