You will get the signal but no support when you are in the states. They will not be able to reboot your receiver or help you in any way. I talked to 2 people who were fielding all the questions about these changes as of May 31/13. They were both really down in the dumps when I spoke to them.
Isn't it nice the CRTC in their wisdom cuts off millions of snowbirds from getting support from a Canadian supplier? Nice people.

Like the good old days of Bell we will have to lie to them when asked where we are and tell them we are in Canada. They have no way of knowing unless told. Pity great customer service has to be compromised because of some idiots in Ottawa.
