To Canuck - I upgraded my LNB to the triple in May - after the new high def channels came online I was not receiving them. I too was getting the message to call customer service. I called and the Shaw Rep explained to me that my registered home in Arizona will no longer be allowed on my account. They know I have a dish there as I sent proof of occupancy to get the extra dish years ago. After he explained the HAFH program was discontinued my HD channels were activated on the G1 bird. I questioned him for a long while and got the picture that everything I received in years past will work but to never call Shaw from the States as they will immediately terminate my service.
