Planning a trip to Asheville, Boone area in North Carolina soon. Enjoy the less populated scenic areas. Please suggest things to see & do..as well as campgrounds. Driving class B. Thanks for suggest...

A 20 mile stretch of the Blue Ridge Parkway is closed , north of Asheville, consider catching it near Boone.

Will you be coming in on I 40?
