When a camper makes a reservation far in advance and 'pre-pays' for it and does not know about the 20 year rule I can see why he got upset. I think everyone of us would have also if we were not aware of this possible rule at CG's.
As mentioned this rule is used when DEEMED 'necessary'. I have no problem with it and unless they demand to see your registration 99.99.99% of CG hosts can NOT tell the year of most MH's. :W
Coupled with the fact that the front ends of the C's stay the same for years as do many of the A's. I know on the A's I can not tell what year they are by just looking at the outside I don't think anyone can except for the owner of the RV!
