I have never personally run into this rule, but we also only rarely stay at RV parks and never at RV Resorts. But,
One of our chapters had an event scheduled at an RV park. The chapter wagonmaster stopped in there because it was a convenient stop at the time. He was told that they did not allow MH over 10 yo. He asked why they did not have this on the website and was told it was a long standing rule. (Best answer he could get.) He went out to his coach and current Woodalls. He came back in with a list of 30odd reservations to cancel. He had all ready made arrangements at another smaller and nicer campground down the road.
There are no coaches in these chapters that are less than 34 years old. Many are nicer than what you find on the sales lots.
