As a campground host, I would find that very confrontational and would turn over the situation to rangers/law enforcement rather than argue. I don't get "paid" enough for that stuff.
I agree that you may have a valid point as the web site did not mention the rule, and they took your money.
Being told by a camper that they are going to do what they want and the hell with any rules is NOT a way to solve a problem. Get that way with Law enforcement is the easiest way to find yourself in jail.
