I'm sure they've heard of it but if you actually READ :h the OP's original comments, there was no mention of the restriction on the website or any subsequent paperwork. The first they learned of the restriction was when they went to register for their stay. :S

C'mom man. He has a RV that's over ten years old and he doesn't have a clue to check the rules prior? And then when he arrives he wants to fight?
