LOL personally I think the OP is out in left field. When a person spends his/her money to build something, THEY get to set the rules. If you don't like it, tough luck.
Suppose you order a to go order and when you get there to pick it up and the signs say no shirt no shoes no service, and you paid with a credit card when ordering, do you DEMAND they let you in?
Funny thing is some of the post have no clue that probally 80% of all private parks have this rule. And you can tell by the location of some post, where the line is drawn.
