I've owned more 20 somthings then I care to admit, and nothing newer than a 13 yr. old. When we call to make a reservation, one of the first questions ask is age and make of the MH. Then the next question is method of payment for the deposit. I believe that:(1) They reserve the right to refuse anyone that they deem unfit/unworthy of thier CG.(2) By asking the year of the MH and taking your money; is an exceptance of your MHs age.(3) If I was told that we could'nt camp there due to the age of our MH, Then I would take it as a sign that we shouldn't camp there to start with. The reason being, that they must have there head up thier backside, and I most likely wouldn't be able to discuss anything, because I would have to have my head up thier backside too. In 40 years of camping in private and public campgrounds, I've had only 1 time when age of camper come into question. Upon our arrival we were informed that we exceeded the age limit of the CG policy, but the owner said that due to the condition of our camper that they would make an exception( she was 25 yrs. old and looked like it came out of storage at the manufactures location). We stayed there that time, but we never went back to that CG. We've stayed many times in that area, but not there. Reason being, is it's very hard to have a conversation with someone that has the head up thier backside. So with all that said; I would (and do) read all the rules on there web site and if I saw a age limit policy, then I would either ask for an exception, or Look at another CG webpage.
