Our favorite on the Oregon Coast
Very close beach access no view but very very close access.
Beachside State Park is good but the majority of sites have no better access than Oceanside and Cell coverage very spotty
Beverley Beach ok just a few site have view of ocean and beach access is still better at Oceanside.
Harris Beach State Park great park a few site have ocean view but again beach access is still better at Oceanside.
Sea Perch great views from most sites good beach access. As of 7/16 VERY spotty cell coverage and Sea Perch WiFi was down for our three day stay. And they are very pricey.
Our ABSOLUTE favorite is in Washington Pacific Beach State Park
Look at Google satellite for the different places and you should be able to see the beach access.

State parks are the way to go on the Oregon coast by a mile, imo. Generally they're pretty nice and they're affordable. They're campgrounds so there are more people around than I prefer, but I've not been in one that feels like a private RV park where everybody is lined up alongside one another. I can only stomach that kind of "camping" if I'm doing a quick overnight someplace or staying in a city while visiting family or on a vacation.

Sea Perch is too pricy for us. The state parks are great!

Stayed a week and everything was great. Had a site in the back which was a little tight getting in for us but it worked. When we went to the beach we drove the truck up to the parking lot right next to the entrance going under the 101.

Will definitely stay there again next time passing through the area.

Double post

My list for SP north of the central coast would be the following;

Beverly Beach if able to get loops B or C.

Nehalem Bay short walk over the dune.

South Beach SP, if down in the C D loops the walk to the beach about 1/8 mile.
