Hi
My wife and I are hoping to go to Oregon and I'm looking for some suggestions on where to camp. Our rig is 36' long, so need a place with some good sized sites. We've heard nothing but great stuff about the Oregon coast and want to come see for ourselves.
Awesome views along the coast are desired, but if there are some inland spots with cool stuff to see, please let me know. Just beginning the planning, so ground zero right now.
Campgrounds are fine if they are gorgeous, boondocking too is cool.
Trip date is around mid-August, driving from Denver area.
Thanks.
editing...this is a OHV area, so might not be to your liking.
not sure...it IS a paved area.
Horsfall Beach has 60' spaces and they're wide. Right next to the beach, although there is a stair that's sandy to climb, but there is a wooden walkway that goes up to the view :)
There are sani-cans and garbage pickup. $20/night $10 with an America the Beautiful pass (senior pass)
It's close to North Bend Oregon
