Some good tips above on beachside camping! Here are some others: it is a hassle to track wet sand into the RV, so we have several anti-sand tools by the doorway. First is an astroturf doormat. Second is a big handheld brush with stiff bristles. Third is a boot-cleaner -- you can get them at Harbor Freight:

And if you are at a beach where there is tar in the sand (from natural seeps or offshore drilling), you can get the tar off your feet with vegetable oil on a paper towel. Much more pleasant than a wire brush! ;)
