This campground is basically a place to park your camper. Yes, I think they do have full hook-ups. It's only a couple blocks from the down-town county building (court house), and this is the spot where the various vendors stay when any of the festivals are going on.
It's basically about a 2 or 3 acre area with tight spaces, very little space between parking spots, and right in town. Now, for ease of access, you couldn't ask for anything better, but it's not the kind of campground I'd stay at.
Rockville Lake is a county run campground - park. Although I've never stayed there, I've driven by many, many times. It's a nice place. Looking at their web site, looks like it's electric only with a dump station. It's located about 2 miles North of Rockville and I (personally) would much rather stay there with electric only than the one in town with full hook-up. Just my preference. And if you go during an event, you probably won't get into the one in town as it will be filled with concessionaires camping.
