Parking area at the Founders Grove -- California Hy 101

Highway 101 at exit 663 May one overnight at the the parking area at the Founders Grove trail head without any problems? We wish to hike the area and will need to spend the night dry camping.

I don't think that is permitted -- check with the ranger. There is little if any boondocking in that whole area. It's all campgrounds and RV parks, as far as I know.
