I have stay once at the KOA on Music Valley Drive, seems like it was around 75.00. Free shuttle available to downtown.

If you like music, all kinds, spend some time on Broadway. Many, many bars and venues with music starting as early as 10:00am. Was there for a couple of nights and could have easily stayed a few more.

A great USACE campground about 20 mi. east. 7 points. Not full hook-up but elec and maybe water, not sure.

All three on music city drive are good with transportation options to Nashville and shuttles to some venues.
The three are all within 2 blocks of each other.

Cedars of Lebanon State park.

Montgomery Bell State Park is about 35 miles west of Knoxville. According to my sister who lives nearby, they have made some of the sites full hookups. The problem with those on the lake is odds are they will be booked at least on the weekends. If you do stay out here, on the outskirts of White Bluff is Carl's Perfect Pig for some great BBQ.

Closer to Nashville but on the east side is Lebanon SP.
