Place to dry camp one night around Grayton Beach State Park

Our reservation doesn't start until Sunday, but we will be arriving Saturday, July 4th. Is there someplace (Walmart or the like) where we could park the night until they will let us in on Sunday. ...

The campground may have a site available for drive ups. Check with them first. Give tehm a call and see if they do that and ask for a recommended time to arrive to get one. There is a Walmart off Hwy 98 over in Santa Rosa Beach across from Topsail and The Donut Hole. I have seen a small RV in the parking lot before but not sure if they were shopping or sitting. Wouldn't hurt to check with them as well.
