Places to consider buy/rent for trailer use in winter

We have limited time to travel during the normal warm weather season. So now that it is becoming cold, we have the time but do not want to brave the snow/ice and salt. One thought is to rent/buy a lot at an rv park in the warm region of the country and go there when we want to travel and then bring it back in the spring. Does anyone have a suggestion of a place that they like. Right now our constraints are a location in the southwest, have a storage structure that could hold the 25' trailer and tow vehicle when we are not there and easy to get to from an airport.

Another thought is to rent a storage unit. Unfortunately the ones that we have seen stack the trailer next to one another and of course do not have any hookups.
