We stayed there when on a trip to the Black Hills in our 31' Motorhome. Don't quite remember which site I think 32 in the original section. There weren't any issues for us. The city trolly picks up at the office and they also do a nice tour of Cody from town. There is a new RV Park to the west but we seemed to like where we were so extended our stay. The office staff were very helpful and friendly even as busy as they were. Would I stay there again...You bet!.....Sorry your site is so wonky. Remember if you get Lemons make lemonade....Mike
