I like the idea of having utility hook ups on both sides so could be used either way. One issue is cost, which I can find out. The other issue-- would it be a negative to have hook-ups on both sides, including the side you weren't using? Wondering if they would get in the way etc.
Instead of the expense of two sets of utilities why not just have a couple sets of High grade extension cords and water hose and sewer hose and made available at no charge with a returnable deposit?
