It obviously depends on what the reviewer expects from a park. Some people think everything should be surgically clean. Others, more tolerant, accept that sometimes 'clean enough' is good enough. Also one reviewer could have stayed during a bad period for the park, owner absent or sick maybe. And the other could have been there when everything was going smoothly in the park.
So put yourself in one group or the other and read the reviews with that in mind.
Lastly remember that an angry reviewer is motivated to slap at the party they are displeased with. While a someone who had a pleasant experience has no such motivation. I tend to weight the good reviews more than the bad.
